Legends return to Plymouth Memorial Hall July 22nd for Cage Titans 60

Fresh off their first tenures in the big show, Jay “The Joker” Perrin and “Shameless” Don Shainis are impelled to kickstart another run as they headline the card in the Main and Co-Main Events against Lionel “Boogz” Young and Robert “The Real Deal” Wusstig respectively, topping off a show loaded with professional and amateur combative action.

In his mission to return to the UFC, Former Bantamweight Champion Jay Perrin is determined to reclaim the belt that he vacated while fighting in the big show. With the current champion Joe Penafiel on hold, instead of waiting, “The Joker” chose violence and is gracing the Featherweight division in his return to the local scene, and he promises to remind Plymouth who the king of New England is as he takes on the profoundly powerful Lionel “Boogz” Young.

With a career that has spanned across three decades taking on all comers at several weight classes, Lionel “Boogz” Young has continued to find success this late in his career and is taking no steps backwards as he remains hungry for top tier competition. Known for exceptional power, notable submission skills, and compelling walk out entrances, “Boogz” will certainly provide a test for Perrin in his Featherweight homecoming with a blend of ruthless pressure, and sneaky submission skills.

On a virtually identical mission to return to the UFC roster, Shameless Nation will be audible county wide as they welcome Don Shainis back to Memorial Hall for his first steps on his quest to fight in the big show again. Kickstarting another win streak with a dynamic finish will certainly propel him in the right direction, and it all starts when he faces 15 year professional veteran Robert Wusstig in his inaugural appearance at Cage Titans.

No stranger to finishes of all types, and with a couple cracked goose eggs on his resume, Wusstig looks to continue his own winning streak and pull off a crowd silencing moment spoiling the return of the UFC veteran and adding another feather to an already notable resume. Dangerous in all rounds, eminently durable, and fueled by momentum, Wusstig is driven to make a name for himself in his first outing at Memorial Hall.

The pinnacle fights of Cage Titans 60 is preceded by a main card filled with star studded professional MMA action, and an undercard containing Grappling Superfights, Muay Thai and Amateur MMA bangers culminating with the vacant Amateur Welterweight Title Fight between undefeated finishers from New Hampshire as “The American Psycho” Brody MacDougal takes on Ozzy “Toro” Martin in a fight that will surely add to the always memorable amateur title archive.
