Cage Titans returns to action November 11th with Cage Titans 62, closing out 2023 with two title fights on Veterans Day Weekend. Top prospects Mitch Raposo and Jack Congdon vie for their first Pro Titles at Cage Titans against Cleveland McLean and Pat Casey respectively in the main and co-main, all preceded by the newest crops of professional talent the region has to offer.
Raposo (8-1) is riding a three-fight finish streak since returning from a few fights in Las Vegas in front of Dana White. Already collecting one local title from CES, he looks to ascertain his position as the best in New England with the capturing of a Cage Titans belt. In his way stands Cleveland McLean (17-11) who is taking a cue from his team at Fusion Xcel out of Orlando FL and finds himself with a unique opportunity to plunder the momentum Raposo brings, capture a belt, and garner attention from the UFC brass.
Yet to taste defeat or see a scorecard, Jack Congdon (3-0) competes for his first professional title, and if he manages to defend a few times in 2024, he is a sure shot for a Contender Series fight next season at the very least. But first he must go through Pat Casey (10-7) who finds himself in a similar opportunistic situation as McLean in the main, hoping to course correct his last performance with a shiny new Cage Titans belt, and a freshly cracked goose egg by being the first man to best Jack Congdon in unarmed combat.
Cage Titans 62 also brings the return of Alex Davidson who has already gone three roundswith a UFC champion, as he takes on Hassan Graham who broke the Hall and the internet with the most devastating knockout in recent memory. And the feature bout – Gerry Meuse puts his undefeated record on the line against Aaron Hughes, and with neither man having a victory awarded by the judges, expect them to maintain a 100% finish rate and put on a show for the ages.
